I was a little worried when I read the reviews for this place. But, there were cars in the parking lot so I thought I'd give it a try. I needed a quick Carne Asada burrito and Diet Coke for the road back to Phoenix. That place had one job and they did it. The Carne Asada burrito was great. It's pretty hard to screw up a Carne Asada burrito, But this place did not. The waitress at the cashier was not overly friendly but she wasn't add like some of the other posters had. Overall, good solid place.

I came here on a Saturday morning with my family. The service was horrible. The kid taking the order dropped our cup on the ground and still tried to give it to us. He moved as slow as can was very rude. The cook got both orders in front of us wrong. Our food was okay at best.

They have been so bad the passed few years everyone they hire is just so freaking mind blowing , i really feel like they try to hire non smart people , food today was pretty good and the chicka was "okay" even though i honestly truthfully feel like the cook and the chick were hooking up as i rolled through the drive through. I usually get the 5 rolled tacos for 5 bucks with a soda , cheese & guac .

In a neighborhood filled with choices for Mexican food, Viva Burrito is a decent choice for a quick bite. Their drive-thru window is what makes this place great. They have a menu encompassing staple Mexican dishes. The carne asada burritos are satisfying, not huge but definitely big, and their salsa is spicy and flavorful. Overall they are worth a stop on your way out to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum or on your way back from a hike in the Tucson Mountains.

Decided to give it another try. The young lady working drive thru was rude as can be. Upset she couldn't hear us through the broken speaker system they have. Then when given our food my 3 rolled tacos were thrown In a styrofoam container with burn holes in it.. no paper to line the container to prevent it. Also it took me 3 minutes to explain A PLAIN carne asada burrito to her. She kept telling me what it came with and I kept telling her I ONLY WANT MEAT AND TORTILLA THAT IS ALL.. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THESE EMPLOYEES TAKE NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL..
The young man working the drive thru at 814pm on 3/28/2017 is Very rude and confrontational because he didn't hear my complete order he started flailing his arms and in a condescending tone said "that's why i told you is that all" Obviously good customer service isn't a standard here, how simple it would've been to just add my extra two burritos that I very willingly wanted to pay for but instead because of such a bad attitude and the fact that this person obviously hates their job (despite being paid $10 an hour) I told him never mind and I drove to Los Betos across the street where I was greeted with a welcoming tone and was treated respectfully with excellent customer service.
